I have had the busiest week of my life and it seems that I will have about thirty more, give or take, before I get to catch a deep breath. In the mean time, small steps and long lists are required in order for this mom to keep up with all that I have to do in a day.
I belive most of you know that I am aspiring author with a separate blog to record my journey to publication.(I am a very optimistic person-I will get published ;-)) But as I said above, my time is stretched as it is and I need to find little corners that I can shave off to allow me more time for all of my activities. So Star Dust and Shadows is getting the ax people! For now. I happen to love that blog. It means a lot to me. From the name down to the very will and reason to establish it in the first place. It will live to see more activity in the future, after I am published. In the mean time, I want to focus on Bookin' It and all the guest authors, reviews and of course giveaways that I have in the works! I'll also be adding a couple more pages to accommodate my writing meters. I promise not to bore you with writer stuff, but I can't promise not to do some virtual dork dancing (or head banging for that matter) as I tackle NANOWRIMO this coming November.
Now, I have some cool authors coming your way this month and a few reviews planned as well. I have a new review up on Night Owl Reviews and if you like a sexy alpha shape-shifter and a heroine that knows how to stand her ground, check out Prey For The Wolf.
H. P. Mallory will be stopping in on the 22nd of this month and I will have my reviews up for you a little before her visit. I think they are cool reads for All Hallows! I also have my review for Building Magic by Lilly Cain coming in the next few days, so watch for that. She might even stop in, so keep your fingers crossed! I have a few more authors planned between this month and November. I'll keep you posted on the dates so you can join in on the fun!
It's back to writing for me, but I would love to hear what you have planned for your Sunday! Tell me what's cookin' for you! What do you have planned for Halloween? Are you fighting a time crunch as I am??? Any suggestions on how to manage four homeschooling children, house hold chores, and the cooking, oh and my writing :-), would be much appreciated!!! And HUGS to you if you just run away screaming at the mere thought!
