The Bachelerotte by Em Petrova
Kiki emptied the box of candy Conversation Hearts into her palm and nudged them with a chipped fingernail. She plucked out a pastel green heart which read. "home run," and popped it into her mouth. Then she dumped the handful of "I love you's, UR Cute's and Call Me's" into the trash.

Only When I lose Myself by Michael Mandrake
On a day when he would rather be at home reading, Matthew Gionapolis was on his way to work. He cursed the fact that his boss had told him to come in two work hours earlier to prepare for the arrival of one of the world's biggest singers, Adrian Vanderguard.

My Valentine Prince by Ike Rose
Twenty-three year old James Harahan sped across the Brooklyn bridge on his motorcycle that fateful Friday evening in Jun, 1975, screaming curses at his own cowardice on the top of his lungs.

Cupid's Arrow by Daisy Harris
So which of you ******* wants to fall in love?
Cupid Zaleski scanned the twenty-somethings milling around Kirkland waterfront. Then He rolled down the window of his jacked up Ford-250, aimed his modified dart gun at a guy with Bieber hair, and sent a tiny arrow sailing at the doofus's ass.

Unexpected surprises and four very special carnal adventures lie in wait for four sets of lovers on Valentine's day. These four short novels will make you laugh, cry, smolder, and send you running for a cold shower. In the first novel, "Bachelorette"  by Em Petrova, a spirited woman is deserted by her fiance  on the very day her wedding was to take place, but five delectable Frenchmen have a plan to comfort her out of her Valentine's Day blues - and bridal garments. In the second novel, "Only When I Lose Myself" by Michael Mandrake, Adrian is in need of someone to be his special Valentine and discovers that in janitor, Matthew Gianopolis, a janitor with superior intelligence but poor social skills, he has found it. In the third, "My Valentine Prince" by Ike Rose, a blue-collar college educated hunk who fought class prejudices to raise up the corporate ladder must choose which of two men is to be his Prince Charming: his rich ex-boss boyfriend, or the sailor who gave up his career to love him forever. In the fourth, "Cupid’s Arrow" by Daisy Harris, the god Cupid swears off love, but when a girl he shoots doesn't swoon as expected, he learns that to woo her he'll have to break his rule and fall in love with her himself.

A luscious and  decadent read! I enjoyed each individual story within this anthology. The passion flowed from one story to the next. The mix and blend of so many fantasies within one read should be outlawed! These four authors got together, thought of the sexiest stories they could write for Valentines, then delivered something ten times hotter. Some stories offered humor while others were more thought provoking and delved deeper into human feelings, but each one delivered a sweet Valentine treat to lovers of the steamy side of romance. While definitely filled with passion, there was also the tender moments that go along with falling in love, finding that special someone or someones that make Valentine's Day special to so many people world wide. The stories take place from all over, but each and every one brings love home to the heart where it can blossom and grow. I definitely recommend this read for anytime of the year. No need to wait 'till Valentine's Day to experience the deep feelings of love!
