Book Flick Feature (7) ~ Featuring Chosen By Blood & Eternal Rider

This weeks Book Flick Feature come a little late this evening, however the video I am sharing will make up for my tardiness, promise! But first a little on writing...

A couple of weeks ago I attended a live webinar (provided by SavvyAuthors) with two authors I absolutely love - Larissa Ione and debut author Virna DePaul  (Yes, it's possible to love an author's style after only one book!) Both authors gave wonderful advice for up coming writers as well as already published authors. They spoke about how important it  is to never give up. And they both fessed up on the secret to writing...To Sit Down And WRITE!

Yeah, makes since in hindsight. Seriously!

When I first started out I never grasped that I would actually have to sit down and write the book. I thought I needed to discover the secret formula all these cool authors had found and hidden well. It was a hard lesson, but almost two years later and one finished manuscript I have learned me lesson. There is MOST DEFINITELY no secret formula for writing a book!

Before this webinar with these to wonderful ladies and authors, I was embarrassed by my daily word count. Not any more! I can't tell you how relieved I was when I heard that Larissa Ione can only manage about twelve hundred words a day. WHEW! Makes me feel so much better and more confident, because I share the same word count as a best selling author! Virna DePaul made me realize as she spoke of her own writing schedule, that just because you are a full time writer doesn't mean you are obligated to sit and write each minute of every day. She was very thorough in explaining that it is alright to allow yourself the necessary breaks in order to refresh your mind and body.

Both authors were very helpful in centering my wondering writers mind. their advice grounded me back in what is important to me, my writing. I am very grateful to them for taking the time out of their busy schedules to extend a helping hand to those still trying to figure out the ropes of the writing world.

During the webinar the attendees were treated to the book trailers of both Larissa Ione and Virna Depaul. I was blown away! They were both awesome with acoustic sound and HD imagery.  For this reason I am going to share both videos here today. Below you will find Virna DePauls's book flick for her debut release Chosen By Blood and the book flick for Larissa Ione's Eternal Rider - book one of her newest series, Lords of Deliverance. You can find all the details about the each book below the flicks...ENJOY!
